Please take our artwork suggestions below and e-mail your customer service to do the free Prototype for you.
1) Product size is 230 x 180mm and please do your design with bleeds for all 4 edges (5mm each, so the artwork is 240 x 190mm).
2) Suggested resolution is 300 to 400 dpi, although our printer can do more. Higher resolution will affect the production speed and costs might be more.
3) Suggested format is either PDF or AI. Please control the file size to be less than 5MB, of even better in just 2-3 MB.
4) Suggest that you leave no white in artwork. That is, have the design with CMYK Photo Printing on full surface.
