When each unit includes a sublimation flag, a base and poles in a carry bag, you have to pay very high DHL freight. We are trying to help you promote the big items, but will depend on your determination of the sales. Below are what and how we think you can reduce costs for Festival Banner Orders.
1) We can plan together only with your determination to sell the items for a long period of time.
2) Fix product specifications and promote only the standard items of Yes Promotion which we keep stock. Too many options of bases, poles and techniques doing the flags will certainly confuse your clients and will cost you hundreds of US Dollars each time to just get samples.
3) Collect by seafreight shipment fundamental stocks of bases and poles from Yes Promotion. We accept an order with mixed sizes of poles and different bases, quantities according to your plan, altogether a few dozen sets are OK as long as it makes sense and can save your costs by seafreight shipments. Our members keeping stock of the accessories can order only the sublimation flags from us and save a lot of money.
4) Ask your customer service to quote an addition price for shipments by airfreight, instead of by DHL. Technically, you may add an order of pole and base accessories to an order of a whole set to make the total weight higher.
5) Hard surface stands weigh much more. We suggest plastic ground stakes when campaigns are for banners displayed on grass/sand/snow.
